"Compared to our previous insurance company policy State Farm gave us better coverage for less money on both our house and automobiles. Yvonne was fast and efficient, clearly explained all our options, gave us numerous ways in which, by combining home and auto, we could save money , She also asked about many features like our home security system which help give us additional savings."

"Called to get information regarding something that needed to be fixed. I don’t know if it was a secretary that I spoke with or an agent, but she was incredibly rude and did not give me what I needed. She instead finished my call with “Someone will be in contact with you” instead of letting me know who’d reach out. Will actively search for a different agent because of this interaction."
